Our itinerary is set up to allow for acclimatization. As long as the riders take it steady, most people only suffer mild symptoms.
Yes this trip can be shortened, but rider needs to be fit and also well acclimatized prior to the trip.
This is the ideal trip to Bike pack. Though it can be tough carrying gear. We suggest adding a few extra days.
Yes, you will need 2 to 3 extra days. The trail can be hiked or it can be biked. Biking wise, it required good technical skills.
It depends when you come. Snow on the pass is common from Late November to May.
