DAY 04 POKHARA FLY TO JOMSOM AND BIKE TO KAGBENI Distance 14km - 1-2 hour’s, Altitude gain 100m er 

DAY 05 KAGBENI TO MUKTINATH distance 15km - 4 hour, Altitude gain 1000m 

DAY 06 MUKTINATH TO CHELE (3100 meters) Distance 32km 

DAY 07 CHELE TO SYANGBOCHE (3800 meters) Distance approx. 29km 

DAY 08 SYANGBOCHE TO CHARANG (3560 meters) Distance about 32km - 7 hours 

DAY 09 CHARANG TO LO-MANTHANG (3810 meters) Distance 25km - 4 hours - Altitude gain 150m 

DAY 10 LO-MANTHANG – DAY TRIP TO GHOM 

DAY 11 LO-MANTHANG TO YARA Distance 18km - 4 hour, Altitude gain 800m 

DAY 12 YARA TO TANGYA Distance 16km - 3 hours, Altitude gain 750m  

DAY 13 TANGYA TO CHUKSANG Distance 25km - 6 to 7 hours. Altitude gain 1690m and 2000m of ascent. 

DAY 14 CHUKSANG - MUKTINATH- LUBRA VALLEY-DHUMBA LAKE - TINIGOAN 

DAY 15 JOMSOM TO POKHARA, 

DAY 16 POKHARA TO KATHMANDU 

DAY 17 - DEPARTURE 

 

Our itinerary is set up to allow for acclimatization. As long as the riders take it steady, most people only suffer mild symptoms.

Yes this trip can be shortened, but rider needs to be fit and also well acclimatized prior to the trip.

Permits for this trip cost in total US$540 per person for all the permits required. This increases the trip price.
