Nepal’s Current Status (Updated 04th May 2021)

After a relatively quite period over 3 to 4 months, cases are once again on the rise. Nepal is facing its second wave. Averaging 7000 cases a day since mid April. Both the Indian and Uk strain have been identified in Nepal.


A LOCKDOWN HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED FOR 29TH APRIL FOR ATLEAST 15 DAYS and is Pretty much Nation Wide, restricting all movements 

  • No vehicle movement unless with pass
  • Shops open only morning
  • No social gatherings or events
  • Picture Theaters, Sports clubs, Party Venue’s to be closed
  • Restaurants take away only
  • Movement is for essential services and food shopping only.
  • All non essential Services and Offices are CLOSED
