Day 01Arrival in Kathmandu - Transfer to Hotel, Meet the Team

Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Meet your expert guide for a comprehensive trip briefing, bike setup, and gear check. If time permits, explore the historic streets of Thamel or enjoy a short warm-up ride. In the evening, a welcome dinner awaits, setting the stage for your adventure.

Day 02Kathmandu Valley Enduro Trails to Nagarkot (1400m to 2100m)

Dive straight into the action by riding some of the best natural enduro trails in the Kathmandu Valley. Expect exhilarating forest singletrack, rooty sections, and flowing descents. Shuttle-assisted laps ensure maximum riding enjoyment as you prepare for the bigger mountains ahead. Overnight in Nagarkot, boasting spectacular panoramic views across the Himalayas.

Day 03Fly to Pokhara & Ride Pokhara Enduro Trails (820m to 1600m)

Begin with a scenic morning flight to Pokhara, followed by a full day of riding. The trails here offer a thrilling mix of jungle singletrack, technical rock gardens, and fast, flowing sections. Conclude your day in Sarangkot, where you'll witness a breathtaking sunset over Phewa Lake and the majestic Annapurna range.

Day 04Sunrise Sarangkot, Drive to Marpha & Warm-Up Ride (2500m to 2700m)

After an unforgettable sunrise over the Annapurna range, we drive north into the dramatic Mustang region. Watch the landscape transform from verdant hills to arid alpine terrain. An afternoon acclimatization ride through charming forest trails and farmland around Kalopani and Marpha will prepare you for higher altitudes.

Day 05Shuttle to Phalayak Top & Ride to Kagbeni (3100m to 2840m)

A strategic shuttle takes us high above the valley, unlocking extensive descending trails across classic Mustang terrain. Experience fast, exposed riding as we drop into Kagbeni, a captivating medieval village and the historic gateway to Upper Mustang.

Day 06Ride to Muktinath, Gyu La Pass & Legendary Lubra Valley Descent (up to 4200m)

Ride towards the sacred pilgrimage site of Muktinath before ascending higher towards Gyu La Pass. From this commanding pass, prepare for an epic descent into the legendary Lubra Valley. Loose, technical, and incredibly fast, this is undeniably one of Nepal’s most iconic enduro trails. Overnight in the charming village of Jharkot.

Day 07Lubra Valley Riverside Trail, Tini Village & Jomsom Trails (2700m to 3000m)

Continue your adventure on the scenic Lubra riverside trail before transferring to Tini village. Enjoy a mix of natural singletrack trails, culminating with the thrilling Jomsom Tower Trail—a fun, flowing descent offering panoramic views of the valley.

Day 08Mesokanto Base Camp Push & Epic Descent (up to 4100m)

A true highlight of the trip! Drive high towards Mesokanto Base Camp, then push the final section on foot, earning an incredible reward. The payoff is a massive, unforgettable descent from challenging alpine terrain into wide-open valleys, eventually leading back towards Tini. This is technical mountain biking in Nepal at its finest.

Day 09Fly to Pokhara: Rest & Recovery (820m)

A morning flight transports us back to the serene lakeside city of Pokhara. This day is dedicated to relaxation and recovery. Enjoy the tranquil lakeside atmosphere, indulge in a well-deserved massage, or simply unwind after your monumental days in the mountains.

Day 10Fly to Kathmandu & Departure

Return to Kathmandu for your onward travel or departure, carrying with you memories of an extraordinary Himalayan mountain biking adventure.

Lower Mustang is partly located in the rain shadow, which means the upper sections are generally good for riding for much of the year, with reliable trail conditions. The later in the season you come, the colder it gets, especially at higher elevations. During the monsoon, the lower sections can be more affected by rain, mud, and landslides, so conditions may be less predictable.
